    Location: Muntinlupa City

    Responsibilities:
    Provide technical support and assistance to a broad customer base, subscribing to a wide range of products and services.     HR Service Center Coordinator
    aLocation: Makati City

    Responsibilities:
    HR Live Coordinator provide administrative support such as employee payroll, file management, VOE, records requests, employee referral program etc. Provide advice to internal customers on pension, benefits, hiring, termination and/or payroll plans. HR Live Coordinator are held responsible to input, process, verify and maintain the plans in their area of specialty within established time and quality standards to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Ensure that plans are administered in accordance with plan provisions, company policies and legislative requirements.
    FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITES:

    IP Network Imlementation Engineer
    Location: Muntinlupa City

    Responsibilities:
    Support logical provisioning responsibilities for IP services including but not limited to:
    • New Service Activations, Upgrades, Downgrades, Re-terms, and Move orders
    o Receive orders from ITEMS/OTS and complete the following:
    o Initial Call – includes updating ICQ and other relevant systems
    o Configure CPE including setting up the router authentication credentials in ESM if required
    o Activate the IP layer with customer or VZB field technician
    o Ensure VPN tunnel is up if applicable
    o Ensure out of band line is working correctly (if ordered)
    o Ensure dial backup is functioning correctly (if ordered)
    o Ensure quality of service matches product standards (router statistics)
    o Troubleshoot config and/or circuit if applicable
    o Turn site over to customer for acceptance testing
    o Work with customer if needed to make any changes during customer acceptance testing
    o Once customer accepts, make the order Up & Billable
    o Complete all QA work – ensuring all documentation is updated and accurate with installed service
    o Complete MSOF (hand off to MNSO)
    o If MSOF is rejected by MNSO, resolve issue and resubmit MSOF. (rejections must be either completed same business day or status update given to MNSO on the issue)
    o Field and address any technical issues that may arise during install or escalate as appropriate
    • Disconnects – logical provisioning
    o Complete tasking and DB clean-up activities in support of logical portion of IPVPN disconnect orders
    Qualifications: English proficiency is mandatory. Implementation Engineers must have a minimum of CCNA or equivalent knowledge, a Bachelors degree or associates degree (EE or CS preferred) and 3-5 years of appropriately related experience.

    Basic technical knowledge/skills requirements:
    • DSL, T-1, Gig-E, ISDN, NxT1, OC-3, OC-12, OC-48, T-3, VSAT communication technologies;
    • Ethernet, ATM, Frame-Relay and Multilink Frame-Relay protocols;
    • BGP, IBGP,EIGRP, IGRP, OSPF, and RIP routing protocols as well as Static Routing;
    • Configuration of VRRP, HSRP, load sharing, Class Based Queuing, Policy Based Routing, Access Control Lists, PPPoE, Network Address Translation, and Radius on router platforms

    IP Network Implementation
    Location: Muntinlupa City

    Responsibilities:
    1. Work closely with Local OPS and support the installation of local loops for connections into VZB data networks and meet customer desired due date. 2. Support network engineering and planning on port utilisation through the accurate use of provisioning tools. 3. Provide external customer support – call local site contacts and validate technical requirements if need for Layer 3 configurations. Serve as a local technical contact for customer inquiries concerning delivery of service for Layer 2 and 3. 4. Provide internal customer support – ensure all provisioning systems are updated and in synch with each other. Work with implementation/provisioning management and sales teams to overcome obstacles, provide technical guidance and recommendations to eliminate barriers to delivery. 5.     Managed Services Delivery Planning Engineer
    Location: Responsibilities:
    The Planning Engineer is responsible for executing the domestic and international implementation schedule for Managed Services. Duties include processing Managed Service Order Forms, tracking CPE and site milestones, and coordinating dispatches with field operations and third party vendors to customer locations. The Planning Engineer is also responsible for the data integrity of the Enterprise Services Portal (ESP.) Assignments are made on a customer and project basis allowing the Planning Engineer to focus on customer needs while supporting the Managed Service Project Manager.

    Qualifications: Bachelors degree and 4-5 years job-related Telecom experience. The candidate must possess superior communications skills (in English boith written and spoken) demonstrated leadership ability, a strong ability to multi-task, and a working knowledge of Project Management principles.

    Manager Call Center Operations
    Location: Makati City

    Role and Responsibilities:

    Candidate must commit to a 2 year assignment in Manila, Philippines.
    Oversee vendor staff of up to 950 and the company's staff of 32. Manage all aspects of Offshore outsourced call center.
    Plan and manage all aspects of workforce to meet multiple Wireless customer SLA's: Speed of answer, credits and Quality.
    Responsible for delivery of all New Hire and Ongoing training related to customer specific call processing and quality. Responsible for development and management of all Quality programs to ensure positive customer experience and Wireless contractual requirements are met.
    Conduct formal monthly audit of vendor quality and business processes to ensure communication to and development of operators meets the company's program expectation. Coordinates Operations Staffing, Planning and Implementation with Vendors.
    Execute plans for traffic moves.
    Audit Vendor compliance with contract requirements as defined by all Corporate entities and VSO Internal audit process.
    Weekly quality monitoring and documentation of results.
    Calibration of the company and vendor done on a weekly basis. Conduct weekly Operations results meetings to review results, plan to close gaps and prepare for new or upcoming business.
    Expense management via approval for headcount, supplies, facilities etc. (savings and needs)

    Requirements:

    Minimum of 5 years Management experience in call center operations.
    Experience specific to managing Operator service and Directory assistance is required.
    Preferably experience with offshore location.
    Management level responsible for planning, organizing, integrating, coordinating and controlling the activities of a department and/or functional area.
    Accountable for results in terms of costs, budgets, operational goals and employees.
    Leads large teams and/or organizational/functional programs.
