    Pentium4 3.4Ghz LGA775 x 2 in one CPU - insights? Empty Pentium4 3.4Ghz LGA775 x 2 in one CPU - insights?

can anyone share any insights about two Pentium 4 3.4GHz in ONE CPU? processor is an LGA socket 775 from INTEL.
not focusing much on RAM, CACHE size, HDD, and other components, how does this modification compare to dual cores/core2duo? I am guessing that this is more like a "mimic" of the dual cores as this also has a 2 core component. although both are not executing parallel commands and are failing over one after the other when one core is stalled for whatever reason. what do you think are the disadvantages and advantages of this kind of setup?

I am also thinking of overclocking it to.. I suppose a maximum of 10% more clock rate only, as Intel has set a lock limit to the board that if you go over that in the BIOS the system will restart until you go back to a max of 10% increase only. I understand that a good cooling system will be a requirement here, so that's another matter I will look into at a later time.

any information will be greatly appreciated.

    TIA!!
